Homemade Bacon Wrapped Dates with Feta Cheese

Bacon Wrapped Dates With Feta

With the holidays looming and with a snap of cold weather, I thought it would be the perfect time to share one of my favorite EASY appetizers! These are beautiful on a charcuterie board with different meats, cheeses, and crackers. Now, this recipe is not only easy, but for people who might be on the fence about dates….this will make a believer out of them! Ok, here’s the details:

Ingredients:

Pitted Whole Dates (If you can’t find pitted dates you can cut the seed out, it’s just a little more work:)

Almonds

Block Feta (if you don’t like feta you can use goat cheese)

Thin Slice Bacon

Balsalmic Vinegar

Instructions:

Cut the bacon in half. Open the date and place a thin block of feta and an almond in the date. Wrap the date with half a slice of bacon.

If cooking in an oven, set the oven to 375. Bake until bacon is cooked through.

If using an air fryer, set the air fryer temp to 390. Place the bacon wrapped dates in the heated air fryer. Check after 5 min to make sure the bacon is cooked.

Drizzle balsamic over the dates and serve.

That’s it! It’s a crowd pleaser!! Hope yall enjoy!!
